Pfizer UK Industrial Trainee Placement Scheme

Every year in the UK, we recruit undergraduate degree students onto our 12-month Industrial Trainee placement scheme. The scheme provides paid placements in Pharmaceutical Business, Diversified Business and Research & Development within Pfizer UK. Throughout your placement, you'll contribute to live departmental projects and be given real responsibility.

It's a fantastic opportunity to gain an insight into how one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies operates, while advancing your own academic knowledge and technical skills.

The placements are based across our UK sites, Sandwich, Kent; Walton Oaks, Surrey; Vanwall Road, Maidenhead and Granta Park, Cambridge.

All our sites have state of the art modern facilities, which include (depending on location), staff restaurant, coffee shop, gym, free on-site parking and a Pfizer bus service from surrounding towns. What's more, you'll enjoy an industry competitive salary, 25.5 days holiday, as well as wide range of other benefits.

The departments recruiting for non-lab/non-science based Industrial Trainees include Finance & Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Business Effectiveness, Informatics and Regulatory Affairs.

The departments recruiting for lab-based Industrial Trainees include Analytical and Synthetic Chemistry, Bio-Informatics, In Vitro and In Vivo Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Regenerative Medicine.
